In case you would like to book / reschedule an appointment
To book an appointment at our centre, you must first complete your on-line application form on the gov.uk website.
From your gov.uk account, you will be redirected to our website, where you will be able to book your appointment and, if you wish, purchase additional services to enhance your visa experience.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must first reconnect to your account on gov.uk, via the link in the e-mail from gov.uk when you completed your application form.
From gov.uk you will be redirected to our website. Click on My Account and then Amend to change your appointment date. Do not forget to confirm the new appointment date at the Check-out phase.
Once you have selected one of our centres, via the gov.uk website, you unfortunately cannot change this. Your only option is to cancel your application, through the gov.uk website and make a new application, at a different TLScontact centre.

Contact UKVI about your visa application
If you wish to contact UK Visas & Immigration with a question about your visa application, you can do so by phone or email. You will find the relevant information on the gov.uk website.
Please note that UKVI are unable to provide updates on an application while it remains within the standard processing times.
You can follow the status of your visa application using the Track My Application function on your Account page on our website.
Please note that TLScontact has no influence over the visa decision or application processing times. We cannot provide an estimated timeframe for your visa application.
Making changes to your UK visa application
How can I correct a mistake in my on-line application form?
You cannot correct an application form that has already been submitted. Instead, you will need to cancel your application on the gov.uk website and make a new application.
As long as you have not submitted your biometrics before cancelling your application, you will receive a refund from UKVI within 90 days.
I have already submitted my visa application and want to change it.
Once you have submitted your biometric data at our centre, you unfortunately cannot make any further changes to your application. Your only option is to cancel your application, through the gov.uk website and make a new application.
I am still waiting for my visa decision and I need my passport for an urgent matter. How can I get it back?

There is a problem uploading my documents
If you have selected a Self-Service appointment, you will be able to upload your documents on our Self-upload application, via your Account on our website.
To access this page, you must first reconnect to your account on gov.uk, via the link in the e-mail from gov.uk when you completed your application form. From gov.uk you will be redirected to our website. Click on My Account and then Upload to start uploading your documents.
If for some reason you are not able to upload your documents, please contact us.
I can’t make my online payment
We advise you to do the following:
- • Check that your credit card is still valid, can be used for international payments and that you have the necessary funds to cover the payment;
- • Check that you have installed the latest version of your internet browser and / or use a different browser to access our website.
I want to add some more supporting documents via your Self-upload application
Once you have pressed Submit, you cannot add any documents via our Self-upload platform. However, you can submit additional documents on the day of your visa appointment. In order to do this, you will need to purchase our Assisted Service, for an additional fee.
