There are many situations where you might need your passport while you’re waiting for your visa application to be processed. You may need to travel elsewhere or need it for ID purposes, or you may just prefer to keep it with you.

By choosing ‘Keep My Passport’, your access to your passport will not be impacted by any potential travel restrictions, and you have the security and reassurance of knowing that you have your passport with you if you need it. If you combine it with Express Courier Return, you will not need to return to our Visa Application Centre a second time, reducing the number of trips you need to make.

Group Service

Group Service

The Visa Application Centre will arrange Group Appointment Service bookings for organisations, companies, tour operators and large families who want to apply at the same time at the Visa Application Centre but they have been unable to coordinate appointments online.

This service also includes preliminary bundling of passports, saving time to the group leader when picking up ready applications.

To arrange for the group appointment, please speak to one of the staff members in the Visa Application Centre or contact us via the Feedback and Complaints section.

No problem: our experienced staff can guide you in this process.

Please note:

  • Only people traveling together are considered a group;
  • Group appointments have to be scheduled at least 1 working day in advance, subject to availability;
  • This service does not guarantee that all applications will return on the same day as each application is treated separately.

Application and Documents Checks

Application and Document Checks

Get support by experienced Visa Application Centre staff.

This service can be purchased once applicants have filled in and printed the Visa Application Form from Visa4UK, in order to have the form checked by TLScontact prior to sending to UKVI for processing.

TLScontact staff are unable to provide advice on what to put on the form, however, the Application and Document Checks service consist of checking that all the questions have been answered, and that required mandatory documents have been submitted.

If TLScontact find that there are missing documents, customers will have the option to submit these by e-mail after their appointment, within 7 calendar days, after submission of the Visa Application Form at the Visa Application Centre.

  • This service can only be offered on the same day you are submitting your application at Visa Application Centre;
  • Using the ‘Application and Document Checks’ service does not imply or guarantee that applications will be successful.
