Save time and money with only one trip to our visa centre and enjoy the security of keeping your passport with you throughout your visa application.
With our Single Visit Package you only need to visit our visa application centre once to submit your application and biometrics. You then keep your passport with you and only need to send it to us when you are notified of your visa decision. After that, it is returned to you via our courier service so there’s no need to visit the visa centre a second time to collect it. It’s convenient, reduces your exposure to groups of people, and saves you time and money as you only need to travel to your nearest centre once.
If you don’t choose our Single Visit package, a standard visa application requires you to visit our visa centre to submit your supporting documents, carry out biometric enrolment, and leave your passport with us for submission to UKVI. You’ll then need to return to the centre to collect your passport when a decision has been made. Throughout this time, you won’t have your passport for identification purposes or to travel elsewhere while you’re waiting for your visa decision to be made.

The Super Priority Visa service is the fastest way to secure a visa decision. This service will give eligible customers a decision by end of the next working day from their appointment at the Visa Application Centre. Applications submitted on the last working day of the week or the last working day immediately before a public holiday will have a decision by the end of the next working day. The Super Priority Visa service is optional and has a fee in addition to the visa fee.

If you choose to use the Super Priority Visa service and UKVI is unable to process your application by end of the next working day, UKVI will contact you to inform you and to advise you when you can expect a decision.
Customers applying in categories for which a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) will be generated should be aware that if their application is successful, their BRP will be produced and available for collection in the UK in accordance with the advice on the BRP collection letter that they will receive from UKVI. You must collect the BRP either before the vignette sticker in your passport expires or within ten days of arriving in the UK, whichever is later. Please note that your BRP may not be ready for collection on the first day that you arrive in the UK.
Please note that this service is not compatible with the “Keep My Passport” service, which means customers only need to submit their passport once a decision has been reached.

Application and Documents Checks
Get support by experienced Visa Application Centre staff to indicate missing mandatorily required documents.
This service can be purchased once applicants have filled in and printed the Visa Application Form from Visa4UK, in order to have the form checked by TLScontact prior to sending to UKVI for processing.
TLScontact staff are unable to provide advice on what to put on the form, however, the Application and Document Checks service consist of checking that all the questions have been answered, and that required mandatory documents have been submitted.
If TLScontact find that there are missing documents, customers will have the option to submit these by e-mail after their appointment, within 7 calendar days, after submission of the Visa Application Form at the Visa Application Centre.
