It is not safe for staff or customers to access the Visa Application Centre at present and so passports cannot be collected/returned to you.

UKVI are proactively contacting customers whose passports are in the Khartoum Visa Application Centre by email to liaise directly on what options are available to them regarding their passport.

In the meantime, you can call UKVI on +44 (0)300 790 6268 and select option 1 if you would like to speak to someone about your passport.

You will be asked to provide your current location (country), a current address, telephone number and email address, and your personal details; name, date of birth, passport and GWF reference number.

⚠ ALTERNATIVE VISA APPICATION CENTRES: If you urgently need to apply for a UK visa, you can still apply using other TLScontact Visa Application Centres, including in Cairo, Addis Ababa, Nairobi, and other locations around the world.

BEWARE OF UK VISA APPOINTMENT SCAMS

Only book UK visa appointments through TLScontact.

TLScontact is the only official partner for UK Visas and Immigration in Khartoum.

Beware of other websites, companies or individuals attempting to sell UK visa appointments.

UK visa appointments are available for free at the TLScontact Visa Application Centre in Sudan.

TLScontact also provides some appointments for a fee. These offer additional flexibility or convenience. However, these paid appointments are all optional, and there are always free appointments available at other times or on other days. Please view the Added Value Services page for more information on the fees for these services.

TLScontact cannot guarantee that any appointments arranged through other companies or individuals will be legitimate or accepted when you arrive at the TLScontact Visa Application Centre.



Passport Collection

You will be contacted by our Visa Application Centre when your passport is ready for collection. Please do not attend our centre until you have been invited to do so.

Please note that if you applied as part of a family group, decisions are made separately, and each person will be notified individually when their passport is ready for collection.

If you have applied through a third party, such as an agency or a solicitor, and used their email address on the visa application form, email notifications will go to this address. Please check with the third party if they received a notification about the passport being ready for collection. Do not visit the Visa Application Centre until you have received this email.

If you need to travel urgently, please contact UKVI for assistance. Please note that this is a chargeable service for overseas customers.
