IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Important notice for Ukraine Scheme visa applicants: If you are outside the UK and hold a valid Ukrainian international passport or hold an expired Ukrainian international passport that contains an official passport extension stamp endorsed by the Ukrainian government (including embassies or consulates), you will no longer need to provide your biometric information from overseas to apply to the Ukraine Scheme. You will still need to complete an application online and upload a digital scan of your valid Ukrainian international passport, but you will not need to attend an in-person appointment at a visa application centre. Travelling to the UK

Due to the ongoing impact of Covid and global travel restrictions, UK Visas & Immigration are experiencing unpredictable demand across all visa routes. Further information on current processing times for standard visit visas can be found here.
You will be contacted by our Visa Application Centre when your passport is ready for collection. Please do not attend our centre until you have been invited to do so.
If you need to travel urgently, please contact UKVI for assistance. Please note that this is a chargeable service for overseas customers.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS IN PLACE AT OUR CENTRE
In order to comply with local Covid-19 health and safety regulations, you may be required to provide a body temperature reading, wear a mask and respect social distancing guidelines to enter our centre. Where local regulations apply, you may also be required to provide evidence of Covid-19 test results or vaccination status.

Customers exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms, including fever, cough or difficulty breathing will be helped to reschedule their application submission for another day and will be advised to seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility of their choice.
